Jac’s Pack is locally owned and operated by Jaclyn and Matt. We offer private solo dog walking, at home drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting services in Newmarket and Aurora, ON. We prioritize building a meaningful bond with your pet to ensure their well-being, safety and enjoyment during their walks and visits.
We have experience walking and caring for +100 dogs and while we work with all breeds and temperaments, we specialize in working with dogs who are reactive, who pull on walks and who may not get along with other animals. We cater our services to your pet’s specific needs (i.e. age, temperament, medication, and level of socialization.) to ensure they love their walks and feel enriched and tired from their outdoor adventures.
We offer drop-in services for cats while you are away on vacation or extended periods of time. We ensure your cat has time to socialize, is properly fed and is healthy to provide you with peace of mind.

Jaclyn holds a diploma in Canine Behaviour Science and Technology from Companion Animal Sciences Institute (with a mastery distinction).
Booking walks with us is easy. Through the Time to Pet software and mobile application, you will be able to schedule visits, manage your account, choose your payment options and communicate with us directly. Additionally, you will receive personalized reports after each walk/visit that include high quality pictures, GPS tracking and information on what your pet did or didn’t do during our time together.
