Step 1: Fill out the intake form

Please fill out this brief intake form (also found above) to help us understand your pet and what services you are looking for.

Step 2: Meet-and-greet

After you've filled out the intake form, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a no-obligation meet-and-greet, free of charge. This will give us an opportunity to ensure we are a good fit and we will be able to provide the ideal service for you and your pet.

Step 3: Create an account

After the meet and greet, if you so choose to work with us, we will send you an account activation email to get you started on the Time to Pet software where you can complete your pet’s detailed profile and become a part of the pack!

Step 4: Start booking

Access the Time to Pet website or app 24/7 and use your client portal to request services, make payments, view walk reports and review our policies. You can also contact us directly to book walks, drop-in visits or pet-sitting care.
